which
have to be approved by the homeowner's association. That would
be the section of streets
on
the far left of the photo, with the streets running East and
West.

Lakes in the foreground are part of a Bear Preserve
which,
the government says, will not be developed. This
huge preserve creates a natural buffer between our waterfront
community
